How to apply

Applications and registration are now live and active

What is required for each Application:

Applying is a TWO step process:
STEP 1: Complete the Application Form
STEP 2: Submit the Application Payment=$250 CAD

Applications are not considered complete without receipt of the Application Payment, which includes an administrative fee of $50 CAD (non-refundable) and a $200 CAD deposit refundable ONLY if your application is rejected. Tuition is due upon acceptance. If we do not hear from you within two weeks you will forfeit your spot and your $200 deposit.

Returning Alumni Tuition Savings applicable for applications received during January 2020.
Early Bird Tuition Savings : $3,600.00 CAD rates including GST tax
In order to receive the Early Bird savings, complete payment of tuition is due by April 30th, 2020.
Full Tuition: $3,900.00 CAD rates including GST tax

Application Timelines

Applications Open to All January 10th 2020

January 10th – January 31st, 2020
Returning students will have priority at the Alumni rate until January 31st, 2020.

January 10th – April 30th, 2020
Early Bird savings open to all, complete payment of tuition is due by April 30th 2020.

April 30th, 2020
Full tuition rate open to all only while space is available.

All applications will be responded to by email two weeks after they are received.

Grotowski Performer Retreat: Accommodations, MEALS AND TRAVEL

• Accommodations for 12 nights
• Accommodations are shared
• Three incredible catered meals daily
• A shuttle to/from Vancouver-Xenia on Bowen Island
• Meals are based on a protein-rich vegetarian diet. Three delicious catered meals are provided daily plus snacks. Note: All meals are based on a group menu, individual menus are not available
• The Xenia grounds include horses, dogs, cats, deer, a pony, a donkey and at least one pig
• Allergens such as animals, grasses, pollen, bees, wasps, nuts, etc. will be present. If you have serious allergies, this is likely not a suitable workshop for you. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Please visit the Xenia website for more information

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Upon acceptance, the full $250 CAD application payment is non-refundable and is applied to your tuition payment. All tuition amounts are non-refundable upon receipt. No cancellations.

Pay using PayPal through this website or pay by phone using a credit card. Electronic funds transfer (email money) from a Canadian financial institution is another option; please ask about emailing money to info@alivebody.ca. Payment plan options are available upon request and at the discretion of our administration, contact info@alivebody.ca

All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD). The Canadian GST 5% Tax is included in the amounts shown.

ACCEPTANCE, FEES & REFUNDS

Please read the website for all the necessary information, or contact us. If you are notified that our faculty has placed your application on the Waiting List and you are subsequently informed that we will not be able to place you in a workshop, any money you have paid will be returned, except for the $50 CAD Application Fee. If your application is on the Waiting List, you may still take advantage of the Early Bird savings, provided the amount is received in full by April 30th, 2020. If subsequently you are not placed in the workshop any money you have paid will be returned, except the $50 CAD Application Fee.
